This video shows a very basic single label PIN printing and labelling system.
Blank A4 stationery is printed in an online laser printer.
The sheet passes into the PHS module which is protected from the prying eyes of the operator by opaque covers and electronic locks.
The label unit applies a scratch off label over the PIN. The label can be a very expensive security label or a simple scratch off label - the application technology is the same.
A camera then checks that a label has been applied before the carriers are delivered into a catch tray, ready for further processing offline.
