This video shows a PHS system which does not apply a label (so technically it doesn't fit in this section but there's nowhere else to put it!)
A4 sheets of normal copy paper are personalised by the online laser printer. The data stream includes the PIN number as well as the recipient's name and address and the generic text.
The sheet passes into a small buffer to allow continuous printing. The buffer then feeds the folded sheet into the folding and inserting module.
The sheet is folded to DL format and inserted into an envelope. This is not a financial application and so the system doesn't require any of the opaque covers or electronic locks which are standard on Kuennecke's normal PIN mailing systems.
